NMRA AP Demo Layout - Civil Engineer/Electrical Engineer

I’m building a demo layout to complete a few of the requirements for the NMRA AP Civil Engineer certificate. I need to build three track features from scratch. Since I model narrow gauge I find it tough to include all of the optional features on my actual layout. I chose instead to build the features on a demo layout.
