This view shows the application of the aluminum duct tape that simulates the roofing on the prototype car. I cut the tape into 30-inch wide strips. This stuff sticks! I’ll initially had trouble getting the primer to stick to this material. Someone suggested that I rough up the surface with some fine sand paper. I found the tape was too fragile to stand up to the sand paper.
