This is the weathering effect I’m getting with the pencils. I let the water color pencil pigment dry for a day and then spray with Star Brand “clear flat” paint. I use an IWATA airbrush because it has the ability to spray a VERY fine mist. Don’t spray your flat from the can (Dullcote) as you’ll have a mess on your hands. The sealer must be applied with a light hand not a heavy one.
