At this point, I haven't attacked the pile of S scale kits I've purchased to populate my future Sn3 empire. Building S scale rolling stock doesn't really illustrate the magnitude of difference between S and HO scales. Structures on the other hand make the point loud and clear. After I built my first S scale structure it was evident I wasn't in Kansas any more!
